The Application Form is on the Left. Please copy and past it to you email, then fill in the information required. Then send it to june.pearl.gemini@gmail.com . I will then send a copy of the form and a paper to the Vice Manager and the DJ to see if they agree to letting you on. Please take time out to fill it out.
